FAQs & Bespoke Jewellery Info.
HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?
- Jewellery Storage- Keep your pieces seperately to avoid tangling or damages & ideally in a soft-lined jewellery box or pouch to prevent scratches.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals - Remove your jewellery before using household cleaning products, lotions, perfumes, or hairsprays. These can tarnish metals and damage gemstones, especially softer stones like pearls.
- Remove jewellery prior to swimming (due to chlorine). Bathing, saltwater, and even fresh water can affect the shine of precious metals and gemstones.
- Cleaning your jewellery - Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth to gently clean your jewellery. You can use a mild soap and warm water solution, but avoid soaking gemstones like pearls, as they are porous. Professional cleaning is recommended especially for heavily worn items or intricate pieces.
- Checking Your Jewellery - Regularly inspect your jewellery for signs of wear, such as loose stones or clasps. It’s a good idea to have your pieces professionally checked and cleaned at least once a year to ensure they remain in perfect condition.
- Protect from impact -Avoid wearing your jewellery during activities where it could be knocked or damaged, such as sports or heavy lifting.

Bespoke commissions
How Does the Commission Process Work?
- You get in touch with examples of Parv's work or something you may have seen & woiuld like a variation that you love and let us know what you are looking for! So that we can guide you on ideas & design let us know what the piece is for- the occasion, or maybe even about the person & what they like?
- Please do not ask Parv to copy the work of others-its not cool & I don't fancy getting sued huns!
- Once Parv has an idea of what you are looking for, she will be in touch to go through the details of the commission process further.
- You will then receive design options to choose from, likely in sketch form. Once you have chosen one, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged to begin working on your piece. (Costs will be discussed prior to this too). If you change your mind & would like the design altered you may incur a small charge depending on the change required. (This may be paid in-store or you may have a payment link sent to yourself.
- Your commission will take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete once the deposit is received. If you need your jewellery quicker please let me know & I will do my best for you.
- You will be sent updates at each stage, e.g progress pictures & also a final shot.
- When you are happy, the remaining balance will be due.
- Then you can enjoy your unique piece of jewellery!
